- International orders: 7–18 business days

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
DELAYS
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, SquishMe is not responsible for delays caused by:
- customs processing,
- carrier disruptions,
- weather conditions,
- incorrect shipping information provided by the customer,
- or other circumstances beyond our control.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
SquishMe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
