Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and original packaging included, together with proof of purchase.

For hygiene, safety, and consumer protection reasons, SquishMe reserves the right to refuse returns of products that show signs of use, damage, modification, contamination, or wear beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights, including legal warranty rights where applicable.
